Way.
The 100 Black Men of Metropolitan Houston, Inc. believe mentorship is a lifelong commitment. Through mentoring, group programs, college tours, and career pipelines, we prepare young men for academic success, meaningful careers, and community leadership. Our signature initiatives pair students with leaders from business, education, government, faith, and medicine so each mentee gains exposure, guidance, and real pathways to opportunity. The result: stronger families, stronger neighborhoods, and a stronger Houston.
Our impact is measurable and growing. We operate three co ed collegiate chapters at TSU, UH, and PVAMU, and our mentoring continuum spans Emerging 100 members (ages 22–34) to full members (35+), creating support that follows a young man across a lifetime.
The nation's largest network of Black male mentors.
Internationally, there are over 100 chapters and more than 10,000 members. Here in Houston, we improve the quality of life for the communities we serve through mentorship and service.
